How do we set the right framework for sustainable business life in Rudersdal? Which partnerships make sense so we together succeed with the complex climate agenda and the green solutions?
Meet guest speaker Connie Hedegaard, who is the chairman of the green think tank Concito and former EU climate commissioner and minister, when Rudersdal Municipality invites you to a dialogue about how we create the right framework for sustainable businesses.
Connie Hedegaard gives her suggestions on what politicians, businesses and institutions can do for the climate. You will also meet local DTU Science Park-companies, Chr. Hansen and Dall Energy, that work strategically with green initiatives.
Lastly, you will hear about the municipality’s recent climate plan.
New Year’s banquet
You are also invited to the annual New Year’s banquet with the presentation of the municipality’s annual business award and the celebration of the business community.

14.00 – 14.10: Welcome.
14.10 – 14.30: Rudersdal Municipality climate neutral from 2040 – an ambitious framework for the green transition by mayor Ann Sofie Orth.
14.30 – 15.00: Presentation by Connie Hedegaard.
15.10-15.40: Success with green conversion and sustainable business development – two DTU Science Park companies.
Presentation by Annemette Meisling, who is director of sustainability in one of the world’s most sustainable companies, Chr. Hansen. Presentation from the SME company Dall Energy.
15.40-16.20: Business discussions in groups.
16.20-16.45: Collection and conclusion: How do we move forward together?
The New Year’s banquet is from 17.00 to 18.30
17.00 – 17.15: Welcome and New Year’s speech by mayor Ann Sofie Orth.
17.15 – 17.45: Presentation of prizes to the winners of Rudersdal Municipality’s Business Award and acceptance speech from the winners.Afterward, a celebration of the municipality’s gazelle companies.
17.45 – 18.30: Networking, bubbles and light climate-friendly food.
