A growing global demand for vegetable alternatives to traditional dairy products has led researchers at DTU Food Institute to want to create a plant-based alternative to yogurt with as few ingredients as possible.
Researchers at DTU have identified Danish lactic acid bacteria from plants, that makes it possible to make a 100% vegan alternative to yogurt with just three ingredients.
