Aerial Tools

Aerial Tools makes drones to map and monitor e.g., agriculture and infrastructure inspection. The drones can carry out heavy duty inspections (4 hours flight time, 3 kg og payload) and the reliable VTOL platform makes sure that they can carry and control the most demanding sensors.

AQFeed AGFeed wants to transform aquaculture waste into feed ingredients through an innovative hydroponic system. This will both solve the sludge disposal problem that fish farmers have and turn aquaculture waste into sustainable ingredients that becomes the base of high-quality fish feed.

Blue Atlas Robotics builds a new generation of robots to impact the maritime industry. With high-precision, advanced photogrammetry techniques the robot inspects and scans ports, vessels, and other underwater structures. The images from the inspection are embedded into 3D-models, which give the users immediate access to inspected objects.

BRØG makes a coffee machine where the brewer can control water temperature, bloom time, coffee/water ratio and total brew time. This control makes it possible for the brewer to make a unique cup of coffee. It is also possible to control the coffee machine through an app, that also will work as a coffee-community.

CEUS helps Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) patients with monitoring the stool behavior. They are developing a device easily attachable to the patient’s private toilet bowl. The device can detect changes in real-time without the need of interaction from the patient. The results are automatically sent to both patient and doctor.

EXO360 develops a novel, non-invasive system for orthopedic trauma patients enabling quick and reliable limb fracture control. The ExoCast can be applied pre-hospital faster than other splints and allows acute realignment at the site of the injury. This minimizes the risk of complications and additional costly procedures.

HEMBOO makes prefabricated walls to offer an alternative for polluting concrete walls. The prefabricated walls are made of the natural and fast-growing materials hemp and bamboo. These materials also have good hygrothermal (Hemp) and structural (Bamboo) properties in building applications.

Hydrosafe makes a protective handle that is designed to help resolve the problems with reoccurring leaks on machine’s hydraulic connections. The handle is stronger and sleeker and with better indicators than competing plastic handles.

Kombo audio has developed a system of speakers and other instrument add-on modules, that makes it easy for musicians to set up their equipment and be able to control it themselves. When the modules are stacked together all devices sync up and the system instantly recognizes the position of each device and calibrates each device independently.

NAUST Robotics are developing an autonomous, custom built drone. Farmers can use this device for collecting critical information on crops and to scare of birds, which on average eats up to 30% of the crops. The drone can be initiated or scheduled with just a click of a button using the mobile application.

The FioniaLocker is a locked medicine cabinet that meets the needs for immediate delivery of medicines to all citizens, by cutting of the need of going to the hospital or pharmacy to collect medicine. By this the time between the diagnose and treatment is shortened.

Sensae makes a wearable haptic biofeedback ecosystem for personalized stress management. The device monitors pulse, skin temperature, motion, blood pressure and breathing pattern. These are monitored to detect episodes of elevated stress and give feedback to the person wearing it.

With Sincere Aquaculture’s technology the aquaculture industry can get data insights resulting in higher output of their production. With the easy to install, zero touch sensors placed in the aquaculture ecosystems, invaluable data will be provided, enabling the individual farms to automate work, feed, and harvest processes.

VenomAID Diagnostics

VenomAid Diagnostics provides user-friendly, affordable, and robust diagnostics for snakebite victims. The solution consists of a sensitive test capable of providing a diagnostic result within minutes of loading either a blood- or wound-swab sample onto the device. This reduces the time between bite and treatment.
