View the human football match schedule and times
Human Football is like a giant ‘table football,’ where two teams compete equally for the ball. The game is played on an inflatable field, where players are attached to a horizontal rod (similar to table football).
It’s a fun way to play soccer, where you have to get used to being part of the team on equal terms!
Team size: 5 players per team.
Number of teams: A maximum of 20 teams can participate.
Level: For everyone.
Rules
- The game is played on an inflatable field, with players attached to a horizontal rod (similar to a table football).
- The game doesn’t start until all players are securely fastened.
- It is not allowed to play with footwear that has studs.
- Only one halftime is played, and the winner is determined by the team that has scored the most goals during the playing time. The match lasts for 8 minutes.
- A won match gives 3 points.
- In preliminary matches, a draw is possible, resulting in 1 point for each team.
- In the intermediate and final playoffs, matches are decided by “Golden goal” (the first team to score a goal) if they end in a draw at the end of regular time.
- If a team does not show up on time, the victory automatically goes to the opposing team.
- Stay updated on match times in the tournament schedule on the board at the festival site or through the Tournament Planner (Stævneplanner) QR code available on the board.

Pickleball is a blend of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It’s played on a badminton court with a plastic ball, and the net is at tennis height. The sport is easy to get started with and requires no prior knowledge. It’s played two versus two, similar to tennis doubles.
Pickleball is an easy discipline to learn if you want to try your hand at a ball sport similar to padel.
Team size: Two players per team. Individuals can sign up and be paired with another person to form a team.
Number of teams: A maximum of 40 teams can participate.
Level: For everyone. There will be a brief introduction to the game at the start.

Science Walk n’ Run
At the Sports Festival in 2023, we successfully introduced this running and walking concept. It appeals equally to experienced runners and participants who prefer walking in the green. The event occurs on two marked routes in DTU Science Park, each approximately 1 km long. The goal for team participants is to complete the route as many times as possible within the allotted time frame.
How the run works:
- Your team must run/walk a 1 km distance as many times as possible within the allotted time frame.
- Everyone on the team can be active/running simultaneously.
- It is allowed to run, walk, or mix both.
- There are two routes, each approximately 1 km long, allowing participants to choose which route they walk/run on.
- Participants must walk/run for 2 x 30 minutes with a 15-minute break.
- Halfway through the route, participants must pick up a small item and return it to the finish area, where they will place it in their team’s score box. This will allow us to see how many laps you have completed.
Category 1: Teams of 1-4 people.
Category 2: Teams of 5-10 people.
Number of teams: A maximum of 30 teams in each category, totaling 60.
Level: For both experienced and novice participants.
Rules
- Everyone should be assigned a starting number (A1, A2, etc.) before the team starts walking and running. Please arrive at the finish area well in advance so you are ready before the run starts.
- We will distribute different colored bands based on whether you are registered in category 1 or 2.
- Team announcements will be made 10 minutes before the start.
- All participants must stay in the starting area and be considerate of those already running.
- The total number of laps completed by the team will be recorded and divided by the number of participants who started. This will give the overall team result.
- If multiple teams have the same average, the team that has completed the most laps of Route 1 will be the winner.
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be awarded to the teams with the best overall result in categories 1 and 2.
Floorball
View the floorball match schedule and times
Floorball is a fast-paced team game played with sticks and a plastic ball along the ground. Boards surround the field. The objective is to shoot the ball into the opponent’s goal using the stick.
Team size: 3-6 players per team (3 players + 1-2 substitutes).
Number of teams: A maximum of 20 teams can participate.
Level: For everyone.
Rules
- All players must wear shoes.
- Floorball sticks (and balls) will be provided for the participants.
- A match lasts 8 minutes.
- Goals are scored with the stick. They cannot be scored with any part of the body unless they are own goals.
- After a correctly scored goal, the game resumes from the goal. Players from the scoring team must automatically retreat to their half.
- A free hit is taken where the offense occurred, but always at least 3 meters from the opponent’s goal.
- A throw-in is taken where the ball was out of play, but always at least 3 meters from the opponent’s goal.
- The ball must be stationary before it is put into play.
- The ball must be hit to start play. You cannot play to yourself on a free hit, throw-in, or by hitting the ball against the boards.
- Opponents must automatically move at least 2 meters away.
- A penalty shot is awarded for offenses where an obvious goal-scoring opportunity is denied.
- A penalty shot is taken with a shot at an empty goal from behind one’s goal line. If the penalty shot is missed, play resumes with a face-off from the center of the field.
OFFENSES RESULTING IN A FREE HIT
- Playing the ball with the stick or foot/shin above knee height.
- The player’s knee height is the standard.
Carrying the blade of the stick above hip height if it poses a danger to other players. - Placing the stick between an opponent’s legs.
- Hitting an opponent’s stick.
Darts
View the dart match schedule and times
Darts brings participants together in a fun, competitive game focusing on precision and steady throws.
Team size: 3 players per team.
Number of teams: A maximum of 40 teams can participate.
Level: For everyone.
Rules
- The game played is 501.
- In group matches, the team listed first in the match schedule starts. Each team throws one dart in the playoffs, and the dart closest to the Bullseye starts.
- Each player takes turns throwing (a throw consists of three darts).
- In group matches, it is played as a single set. In the playoffs, it is played as best of three sets (the third set is only played if the score is tied 1-1 in sets).
- The game must end precisely at zero.
- The last dart does NOT necessarily have to be placed in a double or the Bullseye.
- If a team does not show up on time, the victory automatically goes to the opposing team.
- Stay updated on match times in the tournament schedule on the board at the festival site or through the Tournament Planner (Stævneplanner) QR code available on the board.
- We reserve the right to change the tournament schedule in case of cancellations. The speaker will also announce this.
- Absence after that will be considered a lost match
- One group play to completion at a time. That means groups 1-2-3-4 start and play all their matches.
- Then groups 5-6-7-8 play their matches.
- The winners from each group advance to the playoffs (semifinals and final).
- Each won match gives 2 points in the group matches.
- In case of a tie, the winner of the head-to-head match advances.
- If three or more teams have the same points, a “playoff” is played. Each team throws three darts (one for each player*) – the team with the highest total score wins.
- Darts that do not stick to the board or fall out cannot be thrown again. If the board registers contact and counts it, then it counts – otherwise, a throw with a score of 0 must be recorded.
- During the game, no one should cross the throwing line.
- If there is a disagreement about the rules, officials will resolve the disputes between the parties based on the rules of the Darts Denmark Union (DDU).
* If there are only two players on a team, they each throw one dart, and the one with the lowest-scoring dart must throw the third dart.
Pentathlon

The two teams on the field compete against each other in 5 disciplines:
MATCH 1: LADDER GOLF
Teams compete to score the most points in this discipline, which consists of an enlarged version of the classic ladder golf. One team starts by throwing the three bolas (sets of balls), then the other team throws the three bolas. Points are tallied together.
MATCH 2: PRECISION GAME
Soft balls are thrown towards the designated target. The starting team throws its five balls first; then the second throws its five. Points are tallied together.
MATCH 3: BULLSEYE
You shoot at a goal with floorball balls and sticks in this game. The goal is a stretched canvas with five holes. Only balls shot through one of these holes score points. Each hole counts as one point. The teams take turns shooting five balls. While one team is shooting, the other team retrieves balls.
MATCH 4: THE MAZE CHALLENGE
Balance and teamwork exercise with your colleagues. Together, you hold a giant board with holes lifted while collectively guiding a ball across the board to land it in the correct hole.
MATCH 5: COLOURFUL TEAMWORK
This is a cooperative exercise in which the team must guide each other in turns by moving colored blocks in the correct order to the right place. The person moving the blocks wears blindfolded glasses and is guided by the other team members without touching them.
Team size: Up to 5 participants per team.
Number of teams: A maximum of 100 teams.
Level: For everyone.
Rules
The two teams playing on the same field compete against each other. A draw determines which team starts. After the game ends, teams submit their completed scorecards to the instructor.
The overall ranking is calculated based on placements in the five disciplines. The team’s placements in each discipline are combined into a single placement score, and the team with the lowest score wins.
In case of a tie, the ranking will be decided based on:
The team’s best placement in a single discipline (who has 1st place, etc.).
The team’s second-best placement.
The team’s third-best placement.
The team’s fourth-best placement.
The team’s fifth-best placement.
This is only calculated for the first, second, and third places. The remaining placements will not be included in the final results.
One team starts by throwing the three bolas (ball sets), and then the other team throws their three bolas. Points are tallied. The other team starts throwing in the next round, and the game continues for 10 minutes.
The top rung scores three points, the middle rung two points, and the bottom rung one point. If a bola falls after its own or the opponent’s throw, it does not count. Only the bolas that are hanging after the last throw count. Throws are made from the same distance indicated by cones.
Points are tallied, and the scorecard is submitted to the instructor.
The starting team first throws five balls, then the other team throws five balls, and points are tallied. The ball counts where it stops – if it touches the inner edge of a line, the higher score counts.
If a ball is pushed to a lower/higher score or entirely off the target, it does not count. Only balls on the target after the last throw count. Throws are made from the same spot, marked by cones. In the next round, the other team starts. The game continues for 10 minutes.
The total score for all rounds counts. After the game ends, teams submit their completed scorecards to the instructor.
Shots are taken at a goal with floorball balls and sticks. A canvas with five holes is stretched across the goal. Only balls shot through one of these holes score points. Each hole scores one point. Teams take turns shooting five balls. While one team shoots, the other team retrieves balls. The game continues for 10 minutes. Points are tallied continuously, and the score is recorded on the scorecard. Shots are taken from the same distance indicated by cones.
The team lifts the game board collectively and works together to direct the ball into the correct hole. Only one ball is in play at a time on the board. The team has 10 minutes to get as many balls into the hole as possible. If a ball falls off the board or into the wrong hole, they start over. Each team has two balls available.
The final number of balls (in the correct hole) during the playtime is recorded on the scorecard and submitted to the instructor.
The team must move colored blocks in the correct sequence to the proper spot. The person moving the blocks wears blindfolded glasses and is guided by the other team members without touching them. The guide must be replaced after each moved block. The team has 10 minutes to complete the course and competes for the fastest time.
If the game is not completed within 10 minutes, the team will receive the number of points corresponding to the correct number of blocks in the final position.
