DGNB gold certified buildingWe are currently constructing a new multi-user laboratory building, designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, with a central location in DTU Science Park in Hørsholm. The building is expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2027.
It will offer an inspiring workplace in the heart of the historic arboretum forest, where views of mature trees and a variety of meeting spaces, experiences, and landscape functions create the foundation for a healthy and stimulating working environment, with nature right at your doorstep.
The project consists of two wing buildings connected by a lower central structure housing a lounge and kitchen. The design emphasizes flexible floor plans, and the interior will combine office and laboratory spaces, allowing the building to be adapted to a wide range of needs.
The new laboratory building is DGNB Gold certified as part of our sustainability efforts. It will be situated on the outskirts of a beautiful forest area, designed with consideration for nature and biodiversity. There’s easy access to the motorway and a short distance to Copenhagen and DTU in Lyngby.
