In 2025, DTU Science Park transformed an existing warehouse into a Power-to-X test and pilot facility, supporting Topsoe’s research, development, and demonstration activities.
DHI develops advanced water technology solutions and provides consultancy services within water management, climate adaptation, and sustainable development.
DHI has been based at DTU Science Park for more than 50 years. In 2019, DTU Science Park developed a new purpose-built headquarters for the company, designed to support activity-based working and cross-functional collaboration.
ALK develops allergy vaccines and treatments for people with allergic diseases and is a global leader in allergy immunotherapy.
In 2024, DTU Science Park redeveloped the former Søhuset conference centre into a modern office headquarters featuring open-plan workspaces and a dedicated staff canteen for ALK. From 2025 to 2027, DTU Science Park is constructing a new laboratory building, with ALK closely involved throughout the development process and set to occupy half of the facility.
Gubra provides preclinical research services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies while also conducting its own research into obesity and metabolic diseases.
Gubra is currently converting a large hardware and chemistry laboratory building into a state-of-the-art R&D laboratory for pharmaceutical and biotechnology research.

Yes. There is ample parking available throughout DTU Science Park in Hørsholm. Parking is free of charge, and all parking spaces are shared across the site, meaning they are available on a first-come, first-served basis rather than being allocated to individual companies. Please note that the parking spaces outside the reception at Agern Allé 24 and Agern Allé 5A are reserved for visitors.
