Reception
We offer reception services in the multi-tenant buildings in Lyngby and Hørsholm. Our skilled receptionists welcome your guests and ensure that your visitors get a great first impression of a professional workplace.
Meeting facilities
We offer access to fully equipped, professional meeting rooms with AV equipment in all our multi-tenant buildings at DTU Science Park. The meeting rooms are of various sizes, and catering services can be added as needed.
Lunch service
Sign up for the lunch service from Cheval Blanc Catering and enjoy a delicious buffet with hot and cold dishes prepared with a focus on health and sustainability. A fruit service is also available.
Events
We host professional and social events targeted at deep tech companies, providing ample knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities. These include guided tours of the DTU ecosystem, Funding Bazaar, and Friday bars.
Mentorship program
Gain access to Denmark's most extensive mentorship program for deep tech companies. You will be assigned three skilled and experienced mentors who will offer guidance on the specific challenges your company needs help with.
Ricco's Coffee Bar
Tasty coffee boosts energy and is an essential part of the workday for many. That's why we have Ricco's Coffee Bar, where you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee during client meetings or casual moments with colleagues.
Network
With our network solution, you get high-speed and excellent coverage. It is protected by Fortinet, providing optimal data security, and is redundant, ensuring stable operation and high uptime.
ESG data
As a tenant, you can receive data on CO2 reductions, biodiversity, and community for your ESG report. Additionally, through the annual consumption statement, we can provide you with data on energy usage for your climate accounting.
DGNB
DTU Science Park has become Denmark's first business area to receive a DGNB Plan Certification in Gold in 2024. DGNB is a certification system focused on sustainability.
EV chargers
Electric car chargers from EON and Clever in Lyngby and Hørsholm are available for employees and customers. Charging spaces are limited to 3 hours to allow as many electric car drivers as possible to use the charging facilities.
Mobility Hub
Access and usage rights to e-bikes and e-cars from Dott, Green Mobility, and KINTO Share are available at our mobility hub, Hub+, in Hørsholm. The carpooling service Nabogo also has a pickup point at HUB+.

Rental of auditorium/canteen
Our auditorium and canteen can be rented for lectures, conferences, or festive work-related events. Catering options are available in the canteen; you can rent a projector and screen.
Walk n' Talk and green areas
We care for our green spaces and have created paths in Lyngby and Hørsholm —perfect for walk n' talks and informal meetings. Here, you can recharge, enjoy nature, and take a break from work in beautiful surroundings.
Common areas
If you need a break and a boost of energy, you can use our pool table, foosball table, and table tennis in the common areas of our multi-tenant buildings. Our kitchenette facilities, which offer coffee, tea, a dishwasher, and crockery, are also available for free use.
Cleaning
We clean all common areas. You are responsible for cleaning your premises. If you would like to receive an offer from our supplier, please get in touch with the reception, and they will provide their contact details.
Operations and maintenance services
Vi sørger for drift og vedligeholdelse af installationer, vand, el, ventilation og lys i bygningerne samt pludseligt opståede skader, fx i forbindelse med stormvejr eller lignende. Derudover tilbyder vi håndværkerservice mod betaling.
Window polishing
We clean both exterior and interior windows in all common areas of our shared buildings. If you would like to receive an offer from our supplier, feel free to contact the reception, who will provide their contact details.
Padel
Enjoy a game of padel after work or for team building. We have two outdoor padel courts in Hørsholm near Agern Allé 24. You can rent rackets at the courts but don't forget to bring your padel balls.
Massage
DTU Science Park has entered into an agreement with FitForWork to offer massage treatments for employees at the workplace. If you want a company agreement, please get in touch with FitForWork at [email protected] or by phone at +45 50 50 36 33.
Gym
Building 377 in Lyngby has a free gym. It is equipped with various strength training machines and a rowing machine. You will need your access card to enter. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the reception in Lyngby.
Shower and changing rooms
If you cycle to work and need a shower, you can access our facilities in our multi-tenant buildings. You can also rent a changing locker by contacting the reception.
Discount agreements
As an employee of a company in the science park, you can access Visma Logbuy, where you can enjoy advantageous discounts on everything from events to everyday purchases. It costs you nothing to be a member, as we cover the membership fee.
Daycare and kindergarten
As an employee of a company in the science park, you have priority access to a spot at the independent daycare institution "Skovstjernen," located in the heart of the park in Hørsholm, with direct access to green surroundings.
