Yes. We offer laboratory facilities at both of our locations.

In Lyngby, we offer smaller laboratory spaces ranging from approximately 20–100 m². In Hørsholm, we can accommodate everything from smaller laboratories to entire laboratory floors or standalone buildings with customised laboratory facilities.

This depends on the laboratory available and the level of fit-out you require. Some laboratories are fully or partially equipped with laboratory furniture and equipment, such as laminar airflow (LAF) cabinets, while others are delivered as empty laboratory spaces ready to be fitted out to your specifications.

We’ll be happy to discuss the available options and help you find the solution that best matches your requirements.

Yes. We know that every company’s research is different, which means laboratory requirements vary from one organisation to another.

Tell us about your research, workflows and technical requirements, and we’ll work with you to develop a laboratory solution tailored to your needs.

Absolutely. In fact, most companies leasing laboratory space at DTU Science Park also lease office space.

Get in touch and tell us about your requirements, and we’ll help you find a solution that combines the right laboratory and office facilities for your business.
