In Lyngby, we offer smaller laboratory spaces ranging from approximately 20–100 m². In Hørsholm, we can accommodate everything from smaller laboratories to entire laboratory floors or standalone buildings with customised laboratory facilities.
This depends on the laboratory available and the level of fit-out you require. Some laboratories are fully or partially equipped with laboratory furniture and equipment, such as laminar airflow (LAF) cabinets, while others are delivered as empty laboratory spaces ready to be fitted out to your specifications.

If you require larger laboratory facilities or a bespoke laboratory solution, for example as part of a new-build project, our project team will become involved. Together, we’ll conduct a series of workshops to define your functional requirements, workflows and preferred laboratory layout.
